JC has been involved in many phases of construction, specializing in Heavy Equipment for over 15 years. He has been a full-time Instructor, Consultant, and Inspector since 2007. JC retired from the United States Air Force where he spent a lot of his time as a Heavy Equipment Operator and Instructor. He has hands-on knowledge in these areas from designing, installing, servicing, to being involved as a project manager overseeing the service, safety, installation, and maintenance. JC regularly conducts 20-30 “Mock” OSHA Inspections per month for Grading Companies, Steel Erectors, Roofers, etc. JC is an authorized OSHA and First Aid Responder instructor, experienced speaker, and teaches a variety of courses. He is fluent in both English & Spanish.
