CLASSES

Classes are taught at the HBTC Training Center where we foster a true learning environment without all of the distractions of a typical day. Also, we can travel anywhere to your location or multiple locations.

Lunch is included in our 8hr and 10hr Open Classes. Meals and other services can be coordinated for Private Classes as well.

Scaffolding Competent Person Class

This informative 8 hour course is designed to meet your supervisors, foremen, estimators, and workers specific needs in scaffolding safety and the required OSHA standards

 

  • Introduction to OSHA
  • Review CFR 29 Part 1926.450
  • Review CFR 29 Part 1926.451
  • Review CFR 29 Part 1926.452
  • Review CFR 29 Part 1926.453
  • Review CFR 29 Part 1926.454
  • Develop and maintain a Scaffolding Protection Plan
  • Identify and correct scaffold hazards
  • All attendees with receive a student manual including Subpart L, and a certification of completion for this course
