CLASSES

Classes are taught at the HBTC Training Center where we foster a true learning environment without all of the distractions of a typical day. Also, we can travel anywhere to your location or multiple locations.

Lunch is included in our 8hr and 10hr Open Classes. Meals and other services can be coordinated for Private Classes as well.

Lock-Out / Tag-Out Competent Person Class

After this 4 hour course attendees will be able to identify the hazards to all employees when the application of 29CFR 1910.147 is not correctly applied in the workplace.

 

  • Introduction to OSHA
  • Review CFR 29 Part 1910.147
  • Discuss scope, application, and purpose of lock-out / tag-out program
  • Learn stored energy hazards
  • Implementation of a written program
